So I asked him for their email...I'm assuming if this is a game...he isn't playing. He is going to forward my correspondence to the producers....I'm doubtful that'll help much.

The Charles Jagoda on Facebook seems to be totally out-of-game. He had no idea about the "ChuckDideEate" Twitter page when I messaged him, and said he would let me know if he found out why his picture was being used on the page.
A bit strange... why are they using his name and likeness if he has nothing to do with the ARG? Seems a bit foolish, surely they would realise that he would have people tracking him down and pestering him about it.
Please don't bother him on Facebook, anyway - consider him OOG and Milwaukee's "Chuck Jagoda" to be a fictional character, unless we find some definitive proof otherwise - but everything on his FB page makes me certain he is not involved in the ARG at all.

PS - Hello, SomethingAwful, no I am not "a dickhead trying to mislead you". I'm just commenting on an exchange I had with Charles Jagoda on Facebook today. I also find it very odd that he says he has no idea about his picture being used etc. Either the video-makers mislead him about how they would use it, or he's playing dumb so that he doesn 't spoil the game. Also, I'd prefer it if you didn't quote my email address on the SA boards :)

I agree with the poster above. While I think we must have known he was being filmed and the basic gist of what it would be used for, he's also well within his rights to be out-of-game as much or as little as he wants. If he doesn't want to be contacted on facebook (or elsewhere), that's that and we should respect his wishes.
