While the image appears to be an accurate depiction of modern Milwaukee, several highways appear to be destroyed.

 

Speaking as someone who has lived in Milwaukee, it appears that the postcard drawing is almost a direct copy from the Google Maps Satellite image. The buildings and highways do not match up with current reality.
